New 4.5" / 5.5" Suspension Kits for the Jeep Gladiator
Lifting a Jeep Gladiator JT for 37- or 40-inch tires will provide the ground clearance needed for serious off-roading, but it can have an adverse effect on suspension geometry. Rubicon Express’ new family of 4.5/5.5 JT suspension kits offers high performance capability while improving street handling . All kits include a forged HD front track bar, DOT-approved steel braid brake lines, and a front driveshaft for increased strength and droop travel. These performance suspension systems kits are offered at three levels, depending on the needs of the user.
The Standard Adjustable Kit (JT7102) includes key performance components for the value-minded off-roader and provides clearance for 37-inch tires (for JT-Sport/JT-Overland) and 40-inch tires (for JT-Rubicon models). The heavy duty Forged Adjustable Front Track Bar adds the strength of forged steel, which is considered the new standard for high performance durability. Adjustable lower control arms, driveshafts and brackets are included.

The Sport Kit with Geometry Correction Brackets (JT7145) are for drivers who desire off-road capability while adding better-than-OE performance. The geometry correction brackets re position the control arms, resulting in better handling both on and off-road.

For the fervent crawler, the Super-Flex Kit (JT7147) features Rubicon Express’s top-of-the-line Super-Flex control arms, which results in improved articulation in the rocks. The spherical ball joints contain fully serviceable internals and the high strength steel makes the housings almost indestructible. A rear adjustable track bar is also included.

The Rubicon Express JT suspension kits will offer 4.5 inches for the Jeep® Gladiator Rubicon models. The JT Overland and JT Sport models will deliver a 5.5-inch lift due to the lower factory ride height.
