I bought the same thing the original poster has (Mopar cover from Armor Auto). Seems fine to me. With my hinge-mounted mirrors, you can leave them as-is and get 99.9% coverage or take the 0.003 seconds to simply push them in and get the 100% coverage (no tools required). Photos of each option below. I have the Quadratec hinge-mounted mirrors, which I've been happy with.

How long does it take to put the cover on?

Rain Gear’s cover is awesome, just came in for me. High quality and super fast putting it on. Haven’t tested it in the rain yet, I’ll report back when it’s not 35deg out. The pictures are with the soft top on and all doors on. Says it will fit with the hard top on. Rolls up into the size of a sleeping bag or so. It’s a ticker material so you can’t smush it down into the stock box under the seat, so I unrolled it and made it work, fits well. Also came with a free hat I didn’t expect. Tip: pay attention to how you unroll it the first time, took me a good minute to fold it back up.

Looks like a winner; thanks for posting and I look forward to hearing how it performs in the rain (presumably well, considering the company's name).

Will it work with the doors off or will it leave a hole where the mirrors poke through?

It’s actually well thought out. There’s a Velcro flap that sits where the mirrors go through that will seal shut when the doors are off

That sounds like a good design. I just wanted make sure before I bought one. Thanks!
