Very nice build. Tell me more about the Maximus winch plate. Any installation problems, how's the fit etc?
It was actually a very simple install. I messaged them on Facebook for a color version of the instructions, which were much better than the black and white I received with the mount. I thought about taking pictures and posting a DIY, but I couldn’t have done any better than the instructions. No issues with fit. I put a Smittybilt winch on it. The whole install took me a couple hours, but I was at an auto skills center where I had to keep going up to borrow different tools. With my own tools at home I think it could have been done in 1-2 hours. That included pulling the end caps off the steel bumper and installing the stinger loop too.

where’d you get that X2O fairlead?
I took the one that came with it and painted it with a high heat black. The black one I ordered was on back order and I was impatient. I’ve used the winch a few times and it’s held up, but I’ll swap them once the paint starts chipping.

The door jamb sticker: why does it look like it's been colored over, photoshopped or otherwise covered up?

Are there nuclear launch codes listed on there or something?

Actually, the guy that edited the photo for me blacked it out. Not sure why, but I won’t complain.

I think it's kind of like how my wife won't let me see what she weighs, either.

Great job on the dash and steering wheel paint. That is going on my "to do" list.

That's the way the uplevel Gladiators should come from the factory!

@MAustin Very impressive updates/upgrades. I want to do something (probably paint) the chrome bezel on the steering wheel as it creates a glare. I want to know what dummy thought it would be a great idea to put chrome where it could reflect into the drivers eyes. Duh!!

How did you get that chrome bezel off the steering wheel? I have the same leather wrapped steering wheel and worried about not being able to get it out correctly without impacting the leather.

I have the same question. Love the look but I'm afraid I'll have to buy a new steering wheel after I butcher it. lol
