I will see if I can find some better in process pictures tomorrow. I tired the front and the middle to the frame using exsisting hole locations. The Rear was no reall great option so I ended up welding Three Angle pieces onto the frame and made a bolt in location.
I cut the 2X4 3/16 tubing at an angle going back to the frame and reinforce everythig with 11 gage angle gusits.
Then we covered all that UMHW Skid and counter sunk all the bolts. I am going to redo the UMHW to clean it up alittle. Need to buy some more tools first.
We are not sure if we are going to manufacture this or not. Need to see if there is enough intrest. Here is a picture where you can see the frame tie in and the UMHW.
