I do reenactments here in the midwest. Currently working on an all original 1939 BMW R71. Sucks about your leg. Solo bikes and I do not get along well, Sidecar hacks seem to be more my speed. Mostly it is just for the hobby and if it goes on road it's a short slow run to someplace in my small town.

Looks authentic, nice. Do you do re-enactments? Lost my leg riding a R80/RT back in 1990.

Well I had a 61 R60/2 with a California sidecar on it. Left the wedding on it in white tails and my ex with her train blowing behind the sidecar back in 1990. I also had a R27, wish I still had that one, but the now ex said I couldn't keep three bikes and made me get rid of two.

I have a friend that deals in WWII memorabilia if you need any medals, guns, bayonets, anything. He is an expert, has made his living all his life dealing in it. He can tell the real from the fake and probably knows who made the fake.

I restore cars, build robots, and replica movie props. I'm also just finished a portable air conditioner and backpack cooling suit.

This is my first car, bought in 1987. I recently finished a 6 year restoration. A 1969 Satellite.

Not sure this would be considered a hobby at this point, but it's still one of my toys.

Came up on this FJ to keep the Glady company out front. Just put a 3”/2” lift on it and some 34” tires. Now I can take more friends wheeling!

And cowboy boots. Nearly 10 pairs of Ostrich, Python, Caiman, Shark, and Elephant. It's become an addiction.

Oh man those look nice. I haven't done a distillation calculation since undergrad. What are you making?

Rum. That particular still is for full bodied rums. Can get some good Jamaican style funk out of it.
