Absolutely. AEV designed their wheel to fit the JL (hopefully works on JT) with a +25mm offset, that's a 2.7 inch difference on each side vs the -44mm offset on the white one above. Its the difference of buying a wheel that's designed for a particular vehicle vs one based off of looks or price. And you can bet that affects the life of the unit bearing. On the trails I run, 5 inches of extra width overall makes a difference for the worse but then again, whoever buys wheels with -44mm offset will probably never leave the pavement..
this guy has -44 offset on a 2 inch Mopar lift and he gets down ! No mall crawler,

check his videos , his Jeep seems highly capable on rocks or whatever else he puts it through

Great stance!

Do you have Max Tow (with the wider axles)?
What is your rim width & offset?

That is an overland. Honesty, with the wider axles it is hard to find reasonable off sets. I bought mopar wheels.

Thanks! I looked for a week trying to find what wheels would give me that stance! There is not a lot of info about wheels and stance without the rubicon or max tow wider axles. if you are hard headed and can not grasp how wheel offset/width/backspacing work Like I am it makes it hard but I’m very pleased how it came out. Really not sure I could have tucked them in any tighter with 37” 12.5” wide tire.

My jt It is an overland without max tow package. The wheels are 17x9 +0mm
The tires 37x12.5r17

2020 JTR on the 2" Mopar Lift, 17 X 9 Fuel Torque wheels and Toyo 35/12.5/17 Open County M/T tires. Still need to install the Synergy adjustable track bar and Fox 2.0 TS Steering Stabilizer. Surprisingly, this set up rides better than stock. The JT is a long way from the lifted Jeeps I have had in the past. Really impressed with this rig.

On another note, if you are in or around Raleigh, NC, Wyatt at Jack Your Jeep (Westgate Jeep's Custom Shop) is an outstanding resource. Bought my entire front bumper set up from him and it was less than most online pricing for the PS Bruiser and skid. Then made me the deal of the century on the wheels and tires. Had the set already mounted up and another customer ended up not taking them. Offered them up at $2,100 and then gave me a credit of $1,200 for my Rubi take-offs. How could I say no? Great folks that know Jeeps and wheel hard. Definitely one of the good guys out there.

Mopar dealer installed lift. Tactic 17" wheels. 35" Wildpeak AT tires. I prefer 35s to 37s. I think the Mopar lift is more than 2". It feels like more than 2 inches. I have to jump to get in. But I'm only 5'4 so that probably contributes.
