@Dan
My JT is still under construction on the assembly line but I am collecting the things I need to install once I receive it.
From your earlier post on TPMS, can you confirm the frequency for the TPMS?

TiA!
Sorry for the late response...and sorry but I have no idea on the TPMS frequency - I had my wheels and tire work done by @Discount Tire - they were great

Revisions to the Perfect-for-Me-Gladiator-Rack...

As noted above I replaced the lighter, shorter profile 14-gauge Superstrut crossbars with the taller profile, heavier 12-gauge Superstrut crossbars:

And then, instead of installing the steel tube Basket in the center, I moved it over to the passenger side. I used the above mentioned Superstrut U-bolt Channel to Beam Strut Clamps to secure the Basket to the crossbars.

Next to the steel tube Basket I installed a long gun Case - it's a made in China Case identical to this one sold by Harbor Freight - this Case is very common on the internet - companies buy them in bulk and resell them with their name on them. It's decent quality for the price and for this application I had no need to spend 2X this or more for a higher quality name brand product that is more than what's needed.

Here you can see some pics of the installation of the tube steel Basket and the Long Gun Case next to it...

I suppose it's worth noting that the Case is NOT used to hold or transport firearms. I'm using it for a variety of gear including some recovery items, jumper cables, first aid kit and a recovery strap.

Here's the CO2 Tank system I put together (pics coming shortly) - much less spendy than you-know-who "Ptank"

Got a great deal on a brand new 10 lb. Aluminum C02 tank with handle from the Beverage Factory
https://www.beveragefactory.com/draftbeer/tanks/co2/C10.shtml

There's one on Amazon but this one has the Handle protecting the valve and I called and got a good price from them delivered with no tax: $108.00

Note on the above - I've since found a lower price on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/p/900027048?ii...A9sY7xVJ9IytTl6kuxiU3b2FxCVMlIHhoCLDkQAvD_BwE

I purchased a tank bracket but I haven't yet received it. I'll mount this to the Trail Rail at the back of bed - it'll be on an angle so the tank will be below the tonneau cover:

Here's the mesh (I went with red) tank protector - it's a plastic mesh that slides onto the tank and it works well...

No, CO2 tanks can typically be refilled at welding suppliers and beverage distributors

I don't know yet. Depends on the size of your tires and how much you air down (and how much CO2 you need to use to fill them up). I've read online it should be 20+ tires but again, I don't know.

The speed of filling up is so good that you'll air down a lot more than you might otherwise which is a plus when off roading.

I plan on refilling the tank after a number of fills - it's worth it to know the tank is full

Big thanks :handsinair: to Joel Nunez, Store Manager at @Discount Tire in Mesa, AZ, for all his help with my spare tire program :like: I needed a spare tire/wheel that I could use rather than the factory spare that was nothing more than dead weight underneath the Gladiator.

Joel helped my by getting me a cost effective steel wheel that has the same bolt pattern and similar backspacing to my Fuel Zephyr wheels. And we went through the list of tires from this thread and I selected the 37x12.50R17 BFG All Terrain T/A KO2 tire which his team installed on the black steelie wheel.

I went to @Discount Tire and Joel and his team lowered my Falken Wildpeak factory spare, and attached the new spare wheel and tire and cranked it up under the Jeep Gladiator. It fit quite easily - more easily than I thought it would - and I was outta there after paying my bill.

The new spare before being put away. Hopefully this is the most sunlight this virgin tire and wheel will ever see...

Anyone want to buy my virgin Falken Wildpeak A/T AT3W, LT285/70R17 (33"), load range C on Jeep Gladiator spare wheel?

@Discount Tire in Mesa (AZP45 store on Power Road) has been great. I got my 4 Toyo tires and Fuel Zephyr wheels there last year. Preston helped me with great service and pricing (and Black Friday deal and no interest finance was a big perk!).

The best choice in wheels and tires (EDIT: and service) I've found

Until recently, I had the 3.5" MC suspension lift up front (with stock rear suspension plus spacers). Last week I was able to have the Metalcloak Game Changer rear suspension components installed along with longer brake lines so my 3.5" Metalcloak suspension lift is complete. Well, except for shocks - that expense will happen but it's a big spend so it'll take some more time.

Here are a couple pics of the Bedrug installed.

The product is super durable, looks great and is soft on the hands and knees especially compared to the "sandpaper-like" spray-in liner surface. I have one in my Raptor and it looks great years later after some pretty tough use.

Is there a moisture issue between the rug and the bed after rain? I like the idea but it looks like moisture would get trapped between the two, causing mold/mildew....

Nope. No moisture, mold or mildew. The tonneau cover keeps water out of the bed

Hey What, tell me more about the steering upgrade? Does all the new tie rod, drag link, etc all bolt on without any other mods? What about the factory parts didnt you trust or what did these have that you wanted. $800 isnt chump change, what are your thoughts in hindsight about the RPM parts?
