It sure feels funny starting a build thread for a vehicle that hasn't even arrived at a dealership yet, but it's in transit, so here goes.

Ordered a pretty loaded JT Mojave on 7/7 from Rob Trachtman at Tuttle-Click CDJR near Irvine, CA.
Factory options included:

Hydro Blue
6MT
Forward-facing Cam
Body-color Fender Flares
Polished Wheels
Mud-Terrain Tires
Dual-Top Group
Body Color Top
Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau
Spray-In Bedliner
8.4 Nav w/ Alpine Audo
All-Weather Slush Mats
Remote-proximity Keyless-Entry
LED Lighting Group
Active Safety Group
Cold Weather Group
Auxiliary Switch Group
Trailer-Two Package

Vehicle should be in by 10/4 or so. Currently in the middle of shipping.

Have plenty of mods built up already waiting to be installed:

Max Modular 10" aluminum bed rack
Tepui Lo-Pro 2
Hothead Headliners
Corsa Exhaust
Carolina Metal Masters Mirror relocation kit
MOPAR Cab Cover
Goose Gear Backseat Delete
MOPAR Sill Guards
MOPAR Grab Handles
MOPAR Wheel Locks
13" Stubby Antenna
MOPAR 8.4" screen protector
Tuff Center Console Insert/Lock
Dash Pad, Armrests, Center Console w/ orange stitching. (Part of leather interior that I didn't order)
MOPAR 3-piece Front Bumper
MOPAR Steel rear bumper
New set of Orange hooks to swap into steel front bumper

I did not want leather seats, but love the orange stitching on the interior bits elsewhere in the interior. Thus, I saved money and bought the parts individually and don't have to hate having leather front seats.

I cannot wait to not have boxes of mods sitting around and actually have the vehicle to put them on!! I will document in this thread, the installation and part numbers associated with the pics.

Picked up the rig from @RobTrachtman this morning (10.05.20)! The MOST painless car buying experience I think I've ever been through.

Rob is a straight-shooter and there was ZERO hidden fee grabs or BS. 4% under invoice in Southern California was incredible.

Also, for those on the fence about ordering a manual...if you love rowing your own boat.....DO IT! The manual in the JT is light years ahead of the manual I had in my poorly geared JK sport.

On to the packaging of the soft top assembly in the actual truck. The actual box takes the entire truck bed up underneath the tonneau cover. Also, it is strapped down and they have spacers to not damage anything, anywhere in the bed. That box is a beast in there...

Finally!
Hey on the sill protectors if ya didn’t order them yet the Rugged Ridge ones are awesone, are taped on the top and bottom edges which butts up to the trim piece, put them in my Hydro Mojave Saturday, and then had the rear locker sensor problem, damn it! Parked the jeep and ordered the Z sensor delete kit, figure it will buy me time until things settle down. Check out the Rugged Ridge, I was getting Mopar before looking at them.
Enjoy your ride my friend!.....Jack

Love that Mojave hood! If only they towed the same amount as the Rubi, I'd have one.

Also really liking that color, can't wait to see the work in progress!

I gave up on towing after getting the manual. The tow rating is real low right away with the manual, regardless of the trim choice. The blue pops in the light for sure!

Also, coming from a fellow S2k owner....I think you have nice taste. ;-)

Did you trade the Raptor for the Mojave? If so any remorse in the power downgrade?

Looks sweet as f**k! Welcome to the bright side.

edit: shit! Just noticed it’s a taco! Lol.

The Raptor I had was about 10 cars ago. It was a 2011 6.2 and I absolutely didn't care for it. Was just too big for me.

Looking good! I'll keep mine mainly stock. I do want to put the Rubi steel bumper on though.

Installed front and rear MOPAR bumpers in place of the plastic ones. Really like the change this mod provided.

As for the front, the close-out panel is unique to the steel bumper and the rubicon steel skid plate does a fine job of completing the look. I actually prefer the black skid plate to the silver one. Swapped the hooks to the Mojave Orange ones.
