Hope you don't mind one more dimension request.

Already have a cap reserved AND I ordered the cross bars for mounting RTT. Could you share the dimensions of the rack cross bars? I'm looking at fabbing up some clamps that I like better than the skimpy ones supplied with RTT...would love to have them ready to go when I actually get cab/rails.

By "crossbars" our assumption is that you are referring to our Load Bars. Here are two drawings that show you the dimensions in mm.

You said that for the bin details the Engineering department is putting that info together still. Does that mean the bins are not currently available and that none of those have been shipped to the US with the first three batches of caps for the JT?

Not at all. As these requests for dimensions are coming in, engineering is just catching up the drawings they use to communicate those types of specs to our team internally so we can then let you guys know. It absolutely is our intention to get that type of information on our site as well. As for specific dates relating to when our Components will be available in North America, I would encourage you to review that on our website.

1. Is the vent taller than the mounting rails? The pic makes it look that way but I don't think it really is. Yes, the Positive Pressure Air Vent is slightly taller. The Roof Rails are 20mm high and Air Vent is 30mm).

2. What is the dimensions of the Bins and the MOLLE panels inside them?
Please review the attached drawings that show all dimensions in mm.

3. Are the Bins free-standing inside the bed, or do they have supports that go to the bed floor?
They are supported by stainless steel bolts around the perimeter of the gullwing door opening.

4. What side are the dimensions of the drawers in the Drawer Bin?
Please review the attached drawings that show all dimensions in mm.

5. Is the Drawer Bin only available on the driver's?
Yes, and the Camp Kitchen is a passenger right side mount.

Also, do you have a good photo of the inside top of the cap? The only one I could find is of the table component. It looks there are support bars on the inside that you can bolt into?

@RSI North America Inc Sorry, I've got another question for you. Do your engineers know what the distance is between the truck bed floor and the bottom of the bins are? Looking at the photos on the site it looks like it might be about 3" higher that the top of the bedside. But since that is not a photo of a top on a Gladiator, I'm not sure if that is accurate or not.

I am planning to mount a 270 degrees awning on the rack.
What I really want to know is the structure of the rack. Like how many rails are there? What's the width of each rail? How the corner looks like? Where can I hide the wires if I mount some work lights on it?

Some closer images might help, like what I've found on YouTube about the Front Runner's rack.
