  1. Gladiator is Highest Ranked in JD Power Initial Quality for 2021 Midsize Pickups

Initial Quality, great. I wonder how the Gladiator ranks in quality for the long term, say 2-5 years?
  2. Gladiator Expedition Rigs

I have been wondering what the story is on this one. I saw it pop up on another web page about a week ago but no explanation on it. This Gladiator needs more crap attached to it.
  3. Holy Cross

I have done Holy Cross in my TJ. 33s, lockers, 3” of lift, winch , if that helps. A friend was with me in his CJ 7, set up the same as me. There are winch anchors at French Creek to hook your winch to. I would recommend, for a Gladiator, for a couple of spots, a winch on at least one vehicle...
  4. Toyota Jerks

I own Toyota and Jeep. On the trails in Colorado, I have seen owners of both have their moments.
  5. What does everyone think about the lifespan of the JT model?

Essentially the LJ evolved into JK and JL 4 doors. I think the JT will be around for several years to come. Probably even into the next generation Wrangler design.
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today?

I have a T Shirt exactly like yours. My Jeep? Doesn’t match.
  7. Build Orders On Hold till June or July???

End of May, first of June are always iffy when it comes to special orders anyway. Manufacturers are winding down current model year production to transition to the next model year production. As another poster said, throw in chip and commodity supply chain problems and it just adds to the...
  8. Jeep (doesn't) Care(s)

I remember the old days. Put up with the salesmen, reach a deal, get told it will be 6-8 weeks before you get it, then nothing, until the phone call telling you it is here. I ordered my last Jeep in May, did not get it until mid October. I ordered a 98 and got a 99.
  9. What color is next in 2021

I wish they would bring back that 2014 color Copperhead Pearl.
  10. Dealership advertising on your Jeep.

No big deal, nothing to make an issue out of, I just drive home, remove it, and go on with my life.
  11. If you could pick the hood, standard Sport style, Rubicon or Mojave?

If there was choice on hoods I would get a Rubicon with a standard hood. The vents mean nothing to me and the standard hood has a clean look to it.
  12. Pretty bummed - Employee pricing, yeah right.

Generally, employee pricing incentive specials are geared toward moving inventory on hand.
  13. FCA Plans $23M Customization Facility Near Toledo Jeep Plant

For a nominal upcharge, I am sure.
  14. Jeep Jamboree opinions

Most Jeep Jamboree trails are generally picked with the novice Jeeper with a fairly stock Jeep in mind. As noted by an earlier poster, they can be pricey. I have been to several and found them to be fun, pretty good food, and full of like minded enthusiasts. There are other added benefits like...
  15. 2021? Gladiator mega cab with v8 engine

    Ain’t gonna happen.
  16. What other color do you wish the Gladiator came in?

In 2014 (I think) Jeep had a color called Copperhead Metallic or Dark Copper Metallic. Not sure on the exact name. I really like that color and would like to see it offered on the JT and JL for that matter.
  17. Jeep Gladiator Q3 2020 Sales Results

I will say the Gladiator checks a lot of boxes for me over the Wrangler at this stage of my life along with future needs. I already have a 4WD SUV in addition to my Wrangler and the Gladiator may be my next 4x4 purchase.
  18. What is your Jeep History?

    1948 CJ2A (which I still own) 1969 Wagoneer 1976 CJ 5 with Levis interior and top 1978 CJ 7 Renegade 1969 CJ 5 w/V6 1999 Wrangler (current) Contemplating a Gladiator.
  19. What did you do TO your Gladiator today?

Just curious. Do these type of bed covers rattle while the truck is in motion? Do they loosen up over time and rattle? Thanks.
  20. Dealer kept factory parts?

They were your parts that came on the Jeep when you bought it. The dealership is basically stealing from you by retaining or profiting from those take off parts, that you owned. At the very least the dealership should have asked how you wanted to dispose of the parts.
