A reflective red would be killer; but I’m sort of over pixie decals. They take months to get their orders out. And with not tracking/shipping confirmation, I was unaware that one of my orders was lost. It seems like he needs another employee or two to help operations.
We have the JK version without hammock- it’s really high quality. I’d get one for mine if I had a good solution to cover the doors- my old boy likes to bark at people, I don’t trust him in my JT. He can scratch the wife’s JK lol.
I really want AEV to announce the Salta wheel for the JT... if they don’t by the time my falkens wear down, I’m going with something machined. But I’m keeping my eye on this thread for sure, lot of good looking wheels in here
I’ve done the bare bones sport on my JK, and upgraded. Did it on a fun little 4.0 XJ as well. Wheeled in several different countries.
The Rubi is exactly relevant to what I’ve wheeled, mainly because I refuse to rock crawl a DD. It also will hold its value much better than my sport with no ac lol

On that note, a huge pet peeve of mine is how crazy light the steering is on modern trucks. Zero connection to the road. The JT...
I think Jeep will be alright, but I hope they can gather some improvement points from all this.
What I’m wondering is if Ford is planning on keeping the aftermarket parts development for themselves or not.
I also wonder how larger tires will fit under that thing. Looks like it was made for 35s...
True, and the head of the company said so himself- it’s a niche vehicle, and will be priced that way. Seeing as it’s overtaken two midsize trucks in sales already, maybe people just don’t give a crap, and they’ll pay for an extra two cylinders as well. Only one way to find out
Yes, they affect performance. Higher weight and larger footprint translates to less efficient. That isn’t nearly the only factor that comes into play, I.e. driving habits, intended use, gearing, etc... but tire v. tire 12s are less efficient.
On my JK it made a pretty big difference. I can...
