Interested in hearing what you learn. I've got a cart just about ready to go, but I need to think a bit more about how I want to configure things so I can maximize what I get for the shipping.
I emailed Renee at the start of the process and she had me email Matt in the service department. I told him the tires I wanted, he got a price, I confirmed and that was that. They were installed and the speedometer re-calibrated by the time I arrived to pick it up.
Just took delivery of my Gladiator today at Gupton and I will say it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. I ordered on 1/11 and am very happy with the timeframe. Renee was nothing but helpful throughout the process and even better in person.

@Rddavisjr - I ordered with Gupton on 1/11 and got the VIN email on 1/22 that said it would be available the week of 2/24. Got my window sticker on 1/31 and was told yesterday it would be on the lot between 2/11 and 2/25. YMMV, but so far that that initial estimate seems to have been pretty...
