Great project. I like the flexibility it offers. I’ve not seen a Revolver in person, but it looks as if you could leave your sort rack pushed up against the cab and still roll up the cover to carry a larger load.
Ordered Apr 23 and the window sticker was generated today. One interesting thing is that the build sheet and preview image for the Willys states BF Goodrich tires, not the Firestone as originally defined by the website builder in April.
@Danny_ thanks for posting your picture with the car seats. We’re going to need a second car seat soon and trying to find narrow seats that will allow us to have a third person to ride in the middle. We won’t drive with 3 in the back daily, but on occasion it would be helpful.

I really appreciate you sharing the measurements! I think this will allow that hard cover to clear and still keep the lower position.
I’m thinking about doing a RTT and I’m hoping to keep it low while still having the ability to open the panels.
Now hoping the JT arrives in June.
@sub11jeb - if it’s not too much trouble, would you mind sharing a couple measurements of the rack in the lowest position?
A: height from bed rail to rack arm at he edge of the cover?
B: height from bed rail or tailgate to the bottom of the cross bar?

This seems like a great solution but have a couple questions before I go this route:
- in the lower position, what’s the clearance under the bars in inches?
- do you have any videos or photos of a hard tri-fold cover opening...
