I have a Sport (Max Tow) and run 35s on factory wheels just fine with the metal Rubicon bumper.
  2. My Jeep Doesnt Like the Cold Anymore

While going straight. It will continue for a few seconds even after going out of 4H back into 2H. Have not tried while in 4L. Sound intensity increases with increase in speed.
  3. My Jeep Doesnt Like the Cold Anymore

No. 63k miles now! Yes, 4H. The 4A was not offered when I bought my Jeep. Conditions during use: Snow and ice
  4. My Jeep Doesnt Like the Cold Anymore

Following the initial day of cold, my Jeep has had 2 issues. First, the infotainment system display turned off and stayed off for a while. It initially booted up when I started the truck, but at some point turned off and stayed off. The system worked fine otherwise: radio worked, hardware...
  5. Gell'n

They shut down all the public buses here past 8pm because buses were breaking down due to the cold. I think all the buses are either electric or deisel here now
  6. I measured the height of my JT on 35s next to a stock JLU...

Did I say the difference was at the axle?
  7. I measured the height of my JT on 35s next to a stock JLU...

Falken MTs are 34.7" in diameter. I did a thread about how they lost some diameter after being mounted and under load. But so did my oem Dueler ATs and so do all tires
  8. I measured the height of my JT on 35s next to a stock JLU...

Almost the same height. From pavement to rain channel on both, my JT was only 1/2" higher (69"). From pavement to frame, my JT was only 1/2" higher (13"). This doesn't make any sense. Except, if his tires are at factory 36 psi and mine are at 30psi, that could account for the 2" difference in...

If the light housing is OEM, that's the first time I noticed the 3rd rear light saying "RUBICON"

  12. Did I screw up and buy the wrong truck?

Agreed. Ice, different story. My Falkens have yet to get me stuck in mud while I have seen wranglers and 4Runners with lockers struggle using KM3s, Nittos, and that hybrid mud terrain tirea
  13. Did I screw up and buy the wrong truck?

Nope. Early 2020 models came with open diffs. Limited Slip was only available as an option after October 2019 productions and mine was one of the last ones in September. Learned all this while trying to find the correct answer on what oil to use, and to this day I get three different answers...
  14. Did I screw up and buy the wrong truck?

I have open diffs and have yet to get stuck. I go on pretty moderate trails. See profile pic/threads
  15. Is it me, or does the JT really struggle...

I made this post owning the JT for 4 months. Now, almost 3 years and 60k miles later, I feel it is fine. Perhaps there was just a learning curve for the engine. Or maybe adding 35s a couple months later just gave it more self-esteem! 17 pages...really?
  16. Anyone know who got the JT driven by Bill Murray?

Jeeze I hope not! Sitting and not being driven for 2 years...
  17. Anyone know who got the JT driven by Bill Murray?

  18. Anyone know who got the JT driven by Bill Murray?

https://www.autoevolution.com/news/groundhog-day-2020-jeep-gladiator-driven-by-bill-murray-listed-for-sale-141321.html I remember reading the articles saying it was available, but it was too expensive to trade in my 3 month old JT Sport S. It would have been so cool to have it, even through my...
