80k here too. Only issue Iāve had is failed aux battery and main.
due to my inexperience, I blew some fuses that I was unaware
ef and was a bit pricey. Keep in mind, self induced. But batteries will be on your short list if still factory.
I have only used ram. Not opposed to others but they (ram) work for me in Jeep and boat applications. From cell phone to 12ā screens in the boat. Then again, Iām a bit oF a brand follower, if it works.
Thank you for this review. Iām a novice at this but wanting to upgrade as well.
I see a 4 speaker bar listed by them that comes with amp. Would it be plug and play with the alpine premium as well? Could I use factory alpine amp and forego installing new amp?
Iām almost in the same boat. Changed aux battery and 3 days later lost everything after major dash flashes, wipers working without turned on, power windows jerking and then shut down at a traffic light in rush hour.
Had to tow to dealership
a lot of good conversation from my post.
Nope, it got towed like it was in the picture. They did strap it down.
The first truck was too small to get arms around tires, this is the 2nd truck that barely got it. Towed 3 miles to dealer.
I didnāt know about towing in reverse and assuming tow...
Got towed to dealership after total loss of power while sitting at traffic light. Busy intersection, rush hour, etc, etc.
40ās may look cool but hard to push š
Assuming this is related to aux battery but unknown at this point.
I donāt think cost or brand matters as long as it is safe for your application.
I use a roadmaster all terrain towbar, blue ox patriot brake, with direct connect roadmaster base plate. Also just use harbor freight magnetic lights for visibility. Iām on my 2nd set up like this on 2 different...
Iāve got the complete springs, control arms, fox shocks and rock sliders off my ā20 rubicon for sale for $200. 27k miles.
if your running factory take off tires wheels find a set of take offs. Will save some $
haha, rv was first but had a black jk 2dr At the time. Found the gladdy and truthfully I wanted the hydro blue but lost best 2 out of 3 in rock paper scissors with my daughter. As you can tell, she liked the gobi color!
a little better picture of camp at Cooper Creek in Branso, MO
I had it to happen to the Jeep last night. Both cables, left and right, came out of the yoke. Pain to work in such a tight spot especially for a big guy But got them in and re tightened.
