  1. What did you HAUL in your JT today?

Today I found out that only 4 Maxxis Razr 37" tires will fit with the tailgate up. Despite my best efforts, the 12.5's are just a hair to wide, had to lower the tailgate for the 5th.
  2. Will this fit on this?

Mopar Part #: 82215121AE, they tend to run about $1300 on various websites. If you're interested in something lighter and cheaper that will work with that stinger, MP Concepts has a clone that's aluminum.
  3. Aftermarket Aux switch control

I have a Voswitch JL400, it integrates nicely into the driver-side grab handle and looks factory. Also really easy to reconfigure if you change your setup. Pretty easy to install, and is affordable, $215 bucks, same as almost 2 years ago. I use it for my GRMS Radio, Onboard air, and Reverse...
  4. OEM Steel Bumper fairlead plate (to cover bumper holes)

Ah, this should work for you then, factory Mopar part number, 82215528AB. And part number 82215527AB is for the offset version. Most places have it around $65, Amazon has it as well.
  5. OEM Steel Bumper fairlead plate (to cover bumper holes)

Maximus-3 has a which hook anchor that will cover up the holes and give you a spot to place the hook when not in use.
  6. Let’s see your pets cause they are the best companion you can have!!!!!

Oh my god, he's so lucky/spoiled. We joke about it constantly. One of the vet techs saw him recently and was so happy for him. Mentioned that at the shelter he was this sad looking, smelly, scrawny, dirty mutt with a broken tail and scrapped up leg when they brought him in. Showed us a picture...
  7. Let’s see your pets cause they are the best companion you can have!!!!!

This is Bandit, a stray mutt that got hit by a car and suckered us into taking him in. He immediately took-over the house. He likes the Jeep, naps, treats, belly rubs, and destroying his toys.
  8. 3.6 Penstar Poll!

It's an OK motor, it has its issues, leaking oil filter housings, the 3-6 tick, and the occasional poor soul that experiences the dreaded valve-train failure. I had to get mine warrantied for a leaking valve cover gasket, one of the more common failures (but failures in general are somewhat...
  9. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Bought the fender badges on ebay, this store had them for $50 bucks for both instead of $160. Mopar part numbers, so I'm pretty sure they're real. And I ordered the tailgate badge from Distinction Applied, just had to put a note for the center color to be the stock Rubicon Grey, matte finish...
  10. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Huh, didn't notice that! We'll shoot, guess I'm going to have to bust out the solder. Just wish it was still on my workbench instead of the truck. 🙃 The reason I got a good price on it was I bought it used, paid $400 bucks 😅. Sometimes that's just what happens I guess, I didn't catch that on...
  11. 3 inch cube fog-pattern light recommendations?

Baja makes some really good lights. Although I'm wondering if their rated output might be TOO much for fogs, might just end up with more light reflected back at me in fog/dust instead of better penetration. ' I will admit I'm liking Diodes options because they have 3 different power outputs...
  12. 3 inch cube fog-pattern light recommendations?

Hey ya'll, back again for the collective wisdom of the forum. So any recommendations for a 3 inch cube light in a fog pattern? I'm currently working on improving the lighting setup for my JT. One thing I've never really liked about my truck are the set of LED cube lights that came with my...
  13. Jeeps Parking Next To Jeeps

I walked out of Autozone today and discovered a very upset JT.
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Thanks. Yeah emblems are a bit more involved then you would think, especially the tailgate. I went to work on that one when I did my tailgate wrap about a week ago. Fishing line and gloves to slowly saw through the adhesive behind the badge, and 3M adhesive remover set to soak on the leftover...
  15. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Today's theme was 20 questions projects. I fixed my broken Rugged Ridge Snorkel with some JB weld and a Popsicle stick. I added my 392 Gold badges and tailgate emblems that match all my bronze accents. And I put some dust caps on the chrome door locks. Little things to bring the truck...
  16. Drive-thru Carwash with Sunrider

I'm very guilty of using the drive-thru washes on my Jeep. BUT.... I bought mine used and the paint already had drive through swirl marks from auto washes from the first owner in Minnesota. The desert pinstripes that I've added from the mesquite tree's that populate our southwest desert trails...
  17. Jeeps Parking Next To Jeeps

I found a time machine and parked next to my truck when it was fresh off the dealer lot today. It's nice to see how far she's come.
  18. Odd oil leak from back of JTR engine

I had a valve cover fail on my JT, 46,000 miles. Oil leak symptoms looked very similar. Mine was replaced under warranty.
  19. Miss Red's build thread.

Gonna dust off this old thread, and pick up where I left off. While I've been (severely!) slacking on updating this, I DID take photos of almost everything I've done to the truck so far. So now I've got 3! years worth of pictures and posts to go through. I'm thinking once a week to post here...
  20. Best fender chop kit?

Not an exact match, but I've had both the chopped fender kit and the stand alone lights, so this still applies. They use the same lights for both sets. This is my set of Rugged Ridge LED Fender lights after 2 years of sitting outside in the southwest desert sun, that's over 600 days of...
