The handle my 250lb body no problems... I'm not doing pulls-up with them, just assisting my entry and exit out of the Jeep, They are grab handles not pull-up bars. No PFT tests on them lol.
Trail # 11 at Rausch Creek is still showing up in the BOH app, I'm glad I ran trail # 16 at Windrock as it is no longer on the BOH app. I'm still waiting on 2 badges to be delivered, been over 3 months now. I need to nail down my dates for the trip looks like it's gonna be the first week of May...
Jack, I found a campground that looks like it will fit my needs. Fort Valley Ranch and Campground in Virginia, it's about 20 min from the trailhead, looks like a pretty nice spot. I think it's about 3.5 hrs away from Rauch Creek. Would love to hit that place too if I have time. Just not skidded...
Since the thread has the most posts about the trail, I was wondering if anyone knows of a campground nearby that has tent sites with a bath house available? Thinking about a trip there in May 2025.

If you like cruising and haven't done it yet, I highly recommend a Mediterranean cruise. We did a 13 day out of Barcelona Spain a few years ago. 3 stops in Italy, Croatia, Greece, Sicily, Sardinia and Malta. Best cruise we've been on out of the 20+ cruises we've been on.
