I was in the same boat when originally purchasing and even before getting the axles I was considering swapping to diesel before buying axles. Here are the reasons I decided against it:
1. The diesel Gladiators have some decently documented feedback from owners complaining about heat and towing...
Wow, so glad you were here to help! I have removed the word “feeler” from the ad. If you read, I have full intention to sell if my asking price is met. This place would be lawless without your help. Forever indebted.
I find these discussions about the value of a vehicle going DOWN with modifications so silly. I have been modifying and reselling vehicles for 25 years pretty extensively and never has value dropped because of a modification, especially when its a Jeep. Will you get all money back? Absolutely...
I did find a solution…I bought a PowerTank. Haha. It’s just gotten weaker having gotten so hot over the many drives. It’s not ideal of a setup In my opinion.

We are in the process of having two Gladiators built and have run into problems with one of the vehicles. Both are Rubicon models and both are getting Currie Extreme 60 axles swapped in. The shop has completed the first truck. This truck has the Auto 4WD transfer case while the other has the...
I have emailed ZAuto's engineer to see what he says. Again, from what Currie has recently told him, it wouldn't be constant power as I had mentioned before, but enough power. Their lockers would be high voltage lockers that need more than 12V that the ZAuto harness provides.
