Try spraying them with a dry lube, or WD40, or something similar. I use graphite spray.

Take the visor down and file a thin groove where the stem comes through the backside, about flush with the land, or stub. I used a jewelers file. Put a snap ring over it, and replace. I can’t remember the exact size of snap ring though. I believe I found that trick on here somewhere. Sorry it...

Just curious. It could be the cracked oil filter housing. I would think it would show up sooner, but sometimes things don’t really show up until a bit later.

I keep hoping Monogram or AMT, or even Tamiya will release one. I don’t build much any more, but I would build a Gladiator. I’ve built models of all kinds over the last 50 years. Including of my CJ5, CJ2, and Broncos. I used to get the detail kits, and put plug wires and everything in them.
