  1. Time for new shocks.

Night and day difference between my old Fox shocks and the Bilstein 5100s imo. I have around 200-300lbs worth of gear in my bed most of the time and the shocks were a major improvement. They are firmer but not harsher. My truck used to get a little squirrelly going over railroad tracks with...
  2. Carrier bearing

Same as the rest posting here and it is super simple to install!
  3. Official: Scout EV Pickup & SUV debut w/ Gas Range Extender, 4x4, BOF, Lockers, Sway Bar Disconnect -- All Specs, Wallpapers, Videos

I canceled my reservation on the Traveler not long after launch. Seems like it will be tricky for them because VW Dealers thought they were getting them on their lots and Scout Motors wants to go dealer-less essentially. I may end up with one in the long run still but I will wait until they...
  4. SpecGate is likely a SCAM now!

I ordered mine during the special and received it shortly without an issue. Even ordered some extra accessories after the fact and had those delivered within a week. Their website currently states sold out, so maybe they ran out of products and oversold what they had on hand. Still doesn't...
  5. Chips

It looks along the same lines as the Spitfire tuners. Save your money.
  6. First Jeep

My '20 Gladiator Sport S is on 37s with 3.73s, no issues. MPG is typically 18-19 in the summer and 15-16 in the winter in Minnesota (remote starts and winter gas lowers it). I take a trip down to Missouri a couple of times a year and regularly get 20-21 on that trip, all highway driving...
  7. Leveling the Front with an already Installed Mopar 2" Lift Kit

I went from a 0.75 inch spacer to 1.5 inch spacer on top of my Mopar 2 inch lift due to my front bumper and winch making the front sag more. A spring compressor definitely helped with install on both set ups and so far no issues. I had the 0.75 spacer on for over a year and now the 1.5 spacer...
  8. New TAZR add on

I had zero issues with it for over a week when it was installed. Plugged it in and it installed fine. Even after trying to mess with the configuration menu, unplugging the unit and plugging back in, etc. zero issues. Just didn't feel like it added all that much compared to what is already on...
  9. New TAZR add on

I took mine off and sent it back. It might be just fine by itself but I feel like it is a bit of a redundancy for me between the Pulsar, Pedal Commander and this. Before adding it I felt like my truck was dialed in but fear of missing out kicked in and I decided to pull the trigger. It is not...
  10. New TAZR add on

Well I experienced the same non-connecting issue as previously mentioned in this thread. Looking at the pic posted earlier it says not connected at the top, no matter what I did, mine never connected even if I selected COM it wasn't actually connected. The same menu pops up but it doesn't...
  11. New TAZR add on

I have had it on for 5 days now and have been driving my normal commute, here are my observations: -Holds lower gears longer -Seems to hold 7th longer than before while on highway, less resistant to down shifting to 6th but also more reluctant to shift into 8th compared to before -Throttle...
  12. New TAZR add on

I hooked it up with the non-beta stock file that it comes with last night and the screen looked the same. I didn't mess with any of the settings... yet. Wanting to give it a go this weekend and hope I don't need a new transmission by Monday.
  13. 1956 Jeep Willys pickip

I love it! Keep us posted on the progress!
  14. New Product: SpecGate x FREE JGF Bonus Jimmies x FREE Shipping!

Simply WOW! I'm impressed from the packaging to the install. Fit and finish is spot on and have already ordered a few extras now that I have it installed and can visualize all the possibilities! Including the tools to take the stock panels off and install the SpecGate plates was a nice...
  15. "Do I REALLY need to re-gear for 37s?" - Yes. Yes you do.

Very similar to my experience! Stock 3.73s and yes my 37 inch BFGs are 35.5 mounted but my 35 inch Goodyears were 33.5 mounted and were heavier (E range vs current C range). For whatever reason the transmission seems happier, mostly 7th with dips into 8th. Less gear hunting than when I had...
  16. If Jeep picked this forum to decide on their engine offerings

I had a 5.7 in my 2014 Ram 1500 and it was great minus the tick caused by broken exhaust manifold bolts. After two fixes I traded it in but that was really the only thing I didn't like about the engine. The MPGs were pretty decent until I lifted the truck and added bigger wheels and tires. I...
  17. Lame but...name or theme for your Gladiator?

My truck isn't named anything but my 13 yo son wants to call it "Mine" when he turns 16. However I think that is awesome for you and your grandkids and will help continue the Jeep love for the next generation!
  18. Accelerator pedal "play"?

Interesting because with mine with the pedal commander sport+ and +4 it is so sensitive that it barks and jerks the truck repeatedly barely touching the pedal each time. It is the first vehicle I had to turn the Pedal Commander down on because it was too twitchy at sport+ and +4 (highest...
  19. Accelerator pedal "play"?

Pedal commander took all the delay out for me. Some on the forum don't like them and use a similar product from Banks. Sounds like either way a throttle controller would help you out with your issue.
  20. Bent rear swaybar link

Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement & Repair Bracket, JT Gladiator (metalcloak.com) That will help reinforce the area and help prevent it from ripping out once you get a straight one back in there. If you look at that tab there isn't a whole lot of meat to it.
