  1. EGR Diffuser Tube Cleaning; 3rd Gen EcoDiesel

I know that is why I wrote information on Water/Meth. This solves many issue including overheating.
  2. EGR Diffuser Tube Cleaning; 3rd Gen EcoDiesel

In your reply you mentioned to delete the egr for the oil not to be a problem. The tuning side im stock and want to keep it that way for now until maybe GDE comes put with an updated tune with less post combustion fueling that causes more wear.
  3. EGR Diffuser Tube Cleaning; 3rd Gen EcoDiesel

I don't want to delete the EGR for now and can't. I could swap ECUs by turn it off every 2 years then I would use ALOT more DEF so then I need to turn that off and deal with draining and filling ever 2 years for my emissions test. The other issue is do I want to be close to taking in NOx. Not...
  4. Gladiator EcoDiesel Rubicon - Quality & Efficiency Build

Did the install for front and rear differential covers from AEV. They have no magnets! Can't just throw one in there or catastrophic failure. After spending time to figure out that this will work in the fill hole below. GoldPlug 1/4"-18 NPT Industrial Magnetic Drain Plug (Internal Head) IP-02...
  5. If its lifetime fluid why is this needed?

Hot and also clutch wear make it darker. Which you don't want to see. Also, the worn particles from clutches, plates, drums etc. Any of the worn particles will accelerate wear the longer they are left in. Also, in a very warn trans that was not serviced that is black, you do a fluid change there...
  6. If its lifetime fluid why is this needed?

Hmmm they fear something they might do wrong maybe? It is a bit tricky if not done right. At 48K its already somewhat dark. The filter as well but there will be full of fine particles on the magnets to clean out. Im at 2300 Miles and plan to do it soon to get out some of the break in particles...

  8. If its lifetime fluid why is this needed?

I can't find it on ZF anymore. They removed info from their site a while ago. Makes you wonder why? Good info on your thread and #7 post. Have you tried that auxiliary pump method in the patent?
  9. Lets talk Differential Covers!

I would definitely do the front and rear skids and covers. Protecting the pumpkin is important to me personally from damage and scrapes. I’m doing the AEV coverage right now. One cover is a little bit ugly in the casting with deformities in the material. I heard some complaints from other...
  10. Check out this GREAT GAS MILAGE I GOT.

The fuel pump can get shorten life when you driving on such low fuel. 1/4 tank is safe to stay submerged and cool.
  11. Check out this GREAT GAS MILAGE I GOT.

WOW really?? So you pull the nozzle out some and fill the tank listening for the sound of topping off?? I'll try it next time!
  12. Whats is your opinion the jeeps engine stop start system?

Aside from fuel savings. Lake Speed Jr had a video with a Ford guy showing 7k miles with out start stop and 7k miles after the new oil with start stop on. When start stop was off for 7k miles it had more wear due to primarily more fuel dilution. So leaving start stop on had less wear metals than...
  13. Stolen Hardtop

The easy thing in case would be to lock the rear seat fold down so they can't access the bolts.
  14. A month on duty and so far my LiFePo4 Antigravity H7 is doing the job.

The warning is for directly connecting doing a series or parallel in a power bank setup. The Gladiator is deigned around 2 battery's and has the proper systems in place to regulate them independently. That is why I have not had any problems with my Aux and Main. Antigravity. Temps are normal and...
  15. Gladiator EcoDiesel Rubicon - Quality & Efficiency Build

Yes this will fix a lot of issues that lead battery have especially as they sulfate and age much sooner then Lithium. These as I mentioned are for automotive starting applications from Antigravity. There is nothing to do but install and works with the OEM system.
  16. Gladiator EcoDiesel Rubicon - Quality & Efficiency Build

Well these battery are not normally Lithium battery's for energy storage. These are the only one for automotive application with the BMS for it. As I mentioned, they supply to government as well.

  19. AEV Jack Base Slid Out From Under While Jacked

I was looking over all the options for space and safety. Safe Jack makes some good stuff It a bottle and they make a platform for it. It will take up similar space as the Pro Eagle Talon and the Talon I can mount on a rack and put a cover on it that it comes with. I'm just going to order...
