  1. Carrier bearing spacer for rear driveshaft

It’s been a few months but I found the Teraflex 1.5” spacer for less than $30 on amazon. That’s what I’m using with my Clayton 3.5” lift.
  2. Carrier bearing

There’s a teraflex 1.5” spacer on amazon for somewhere around $25. That’s the one I used with my Clayton 3.5”.
  3. That very first NECESSARY mod

Much like you I drove mine stock for a year or so before any major changes however the first mods I did in that year of driving it stock were dead pedal, stubby antenna and grab handles for the fam. After the year was over I did wheels, tires, lift, Autolynx, derringer and pedal monster.
  4. 2020 sports s lift advice

Odds are you’re fine but to be 100% sure reach out to Clayton and ask. I just put one of their lifts on this month and they were very responsive when I had questions.
  5. Pedal Monster

Yes, quite a few on here use it including myself.
  6. Clayton Jam Nut Torque

So I did the best I could with the tools I have. I feel pretty good about most of them but I had a tough time with the passenger side front upper control arm jam nut. I could get my wrench on it but the exhaust prevented me from being able to really crank down on it. There’s just not enough...
  7. Your first Mod of 2025 was (or will be)?

Just finished up the Clayton 3.5” diesel Overland+ lift, Autolynx, Bilstein 5100’s and falcon adjustable stabilizer
  8. Clayton Jam Nut Torque

Thanks for everyone’s input. That’s what I was hoping to hear. I’ll just use my 24” crescent wrench to tighten as much as I can and leave it at that.
  9. Clayton Jam Nut Torque

I sent @Clayton Off Road an email via their website with this question but they haven't responded yet (might not be open today). I'm installing an Overland+ 3.5" lift on my '21 JTOD and the torque spec for the Clayton jam nuts on the instructions seems astronomically high, 398 ft-lbs and 723...
  10. Rear Axle Hose

Thanks, I'll be back at it in the morning!
  11. Rear Axle Hose

In the process of installing a Clayton Overland+ 3.5" lift on my 2021 JTOD. I'm getting ready to drop the rear axle and trying to figure out what this hose is and if it's ok to disconnect it? It attaches to the axle and then runs up to a plastic clip where it attaches to the underside of the...
  12. Re-gear High Altitude vs. trade for a Mojave

If the only reason you’re considering the Mojave is the 4.10 gears then stick with your lower mileage High Altitude. Once you put your 35s on you can decide for yourself if a regear is necessary.
  13. We are trying to make the most user-friendly JT tube door…

I’m going to grab some popcorn and watch y’all get roasted for that angry grill. For real though, nice doors!
  14. offset for 35's on Sport S w 2" Mopar lift- Apex discos

You're missing a key piece of info. Offset without knowing the wheel width is misleading at best. According to the Apex website you need at least 4.75" backspacing but they prefer 4.5" with the narrow axles. In order to achieve 4.5" backspacing on an 8.5" wide wheel that is -6 offset but its -12...
  15. How much carrier bearing spacer for a 3.5” lift?

Thanks, that is very helpful. One question though, how thick is the Spicer? I didn’t see dimensions in the description.
  16. How much carrier bearing spacer for a 3.5” lift?

Thanks for everyone’s responses. Now I’m wondering how do you know if you have too much spacer? I’m going with the Clayton Overland+ 3.5” and given that I won’t have a bunch of added weight I’ll likely get a little more than 3.5”. I saw both spacers on sale at Northridge this morning. Is it bad...
  17. How much carrier bearing spacer for a 3.5” lift?

So it seems there are 2 main options for carrier bearing spacers. There’s the Rockjock @ roughly 3/4” and Rock Krawler @ over 2”. I see a lot of people recommend installing one to help with pinion angles post lift but my question is which one is the best option for a 3.5” lift? I haven’t...
  18. Harbor Freight Wheel Dolly

No personal experience but seems like possibly a bad idea. Not only are your tires bigger than spec but it’s likely your truck is too heavy as well. Not saying it couldn’t work but it might be risky.
