I think with 40s they look perfect, 35s maybe a bit to “large” for some peoples taste. Personally I drop down to 18ish PSI when I’m offroad and it’s been fine for me.
Could also maybe be a cost thing, these were stupid expensive because they’re 20s. But it is what it is. Different strokes for...
Lmao you’re right, but I got that quote for new wheels and tires and thought to myself “these 20s actually perform pretty good for what I do Offroad” ??
Had to somewhat preserve the wallet
Remounted the RTT so it comes off the side instead of the back. Also created some spacers to give me a touch extra head room.
Will cut them off in the future if/when I replace the rails with the taller ones. Happy with the RTT/awning setup currently.
Morning all,
I just installed a new to me Xtrusion Overland rack and am now looking to fill it with some accessories, most importantly a RTT of course. I have myself, my wife, and 2 dogs so we need a decent amount of space. Although I’m really only concerned about the wife and I, the dogs can...
We are looking at the midrange XL 5x10. My biggest concern is how it would handle sand, we are out here in NC and we’d be taking it to OBX a fair amount.
I like the Opus because it’s self sustaining, but it’s also like $20k+ more.
We saw them this year at OEE and its about the only smaller trailer that wifey actually likes. Now to start the process of trying to see it again and spec one out.
Installed a new to me Xtrusion Overland Rack. Unfortunately doesn’t work with my tonneau cover without some modifications, and we ran out of daylight so that will need to wait for a different day.
Thanks again for the help. It was so late by the time I got home last night that I had to just grab one off the shelf to get to work today. But, I do have a neighbor with a charger that is going to let me use it tonight once I get home. So fingers crossed one day won’t hurt too bad.
Thank you for the very detailed reply. I don’t have a charger, so I guess I’ll be replacing.
I was thinking about deleting the start stop battery, will have to look into if I can get something before heading out to expo this weekend.
Morning everyone,
Went to start the truck yesterday and it wouldn’t turn over. I’m assuming the battery is dead, but I’m not sure how to check if I need both batteries or just one. Any help or tips or previous threads would be amazing.
Here is a quick video of what happens when I try to start it.
