  1. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

And boy is it good stuff. Also as stated earlier, not going to be cheap. Military doesn't use stuff because it's cheap, they spend more because they need it to WORK.
  2. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

Not that heavy actually. Everywhere I read is around 70-75lbs for a full truck. That's less than bumper upgrades.
  3. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

Wow, not nearly as harsh as what I'd think, that's really not bad and it looks awesome. I just have the plastic bumpers and always thought I'd just leave the powder coating on my steel bumpers if/when I got them but for les than $200/ea that would make me think twice lol. Man that looks awesome...
  4. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

Looks nice but I'd never do kevlar. Line-X, sure.
  5. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

That's awesome. Unfortunately I want a ruggedized paint to help keep away pinstripes an/or damage into the metal causing rust. That stuff is still really cool though, wonder how well it would work on our trucks, no real reason it should be different than rods or tractors.
  6. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed At the bottom of this page is matte paint, that is what I was talking about, and asking you if you meant in the original post where we started talking about. I was asking if that is what you meant, that's all. I'm not sure that's what you...
  7. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

Anyone know what @Rocksalt is talking about? I feel like he's taking offense to his own posts lol. Any matte car paintjob I know of is more expensive than glossy/metallic paint. Though I did just find this...
  8. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

I think you quoted the wrong post lol.
  9. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

Then I assume you don't mean consumer level, normal car (show car/exotic sports car?) matte paint? If not then I have no idea what you're talking about. The rugged stuff on construction equipment and military are going to be more expensive than consumer matte paints.
  10. Damaged Front Bumper Upon Arrival...Again...

I didn't meant to coat just your messed up areas, I meant do the whole thing. I've never done it before so don't know how much that costs but what's the delta on that vs shipping that back, again, sending another out, and good customer satisfaction and image?
  11. Damaged Front Bumper Upon Arrival...Again...

Honestly with the amount of money I'm going to assume it costs for them to ship this (5 times now) I would think the best option for them would be to ask you if they could set up a powder coat at a local shop for you, that would have to be cheaper for them and I think the unique solution would...
  12. Entire Gladiator Line-X Sprayed

If by flat you mean matte colors, those are quite a bit more expensive and take quite a bit of extra care as opposed to our nice shiny paints. I don't see matte paints lasting long or doing well on our truck @OP I love the truck, this is exactly what I wanted to do to mine down to the color (I...
  13. VOIDED Factory Warranty after taking it through mud

This exactly I noted many pages back that every PoS wanna be site was running with this story like it meant anything. Either OP is speaking with them or they're coming up with their own conclusions. Most of these are hot garbage and I wish people wouldn't link them here for hits or make them...
  14. VOIDED Factory Warranty after taking it through mud

Yes, either pave it, take care of it better (all mile and a half), or don't try a warranty claim and bitch when they say it's outside of it lol. That's between you and the dealer, luckily I have gone slowly through the mud holes I have gone through. I think as long as your ENTIRE vehicle isn't...
  15. Hated my Jeep color in person. Which do I pick now?

I would personally like sarge much better, but I have gator so I'm more than happy. Gator changes color depending on lighting. I hate yellow on these trucks. It's fine for a Vette or a nice sports car, but not on here and looks bad on a lot of cars. But that's just me.
  16. Max tow max tow max tow.

Does that make super dutys moose knuckle tows?
  17. 2021 Giveaway Gladiator and Wrangler - Northridge4x4

Awesome, even if I don't get them (doubt I do, I'm not lucky lol) I still wanna see what the final product looks like. Good going guys.
  18. Giveaway & Promo: Hothead Headliner and Sound Assassin For JT Gladiator!

I wish vendors wouldn't make social media a requirement. For people like me who refuse to use it, it sucks. Though I get it, you want free advertising, not knocking that. As such, I will say that I'm not entering, but I AM going to say I already have the full headliner kit and sound assassins...
  19. Max tow max tow max tow.

I thought the ATs were E rated and that's why we were governed to 97, I thought we (Max Tow) had the same issue. Mind you I've not tried it...
  20. Max tow max tow max tow.

I think a lot of people are like me and got Max Tow for the upgrades it brings like the 4.10s, wider axles, HD brakes, and larger rad. Or at least that's why I got it, those all seem like worthwhile upgrades to me for everyday driving and playing in dirt when I want, since I don't tow :)
