Rubinator- they're the Terra Grapplers. I didn't think I'd need a mud terrain for my purposes. I don't notice any more noise from these than the OEM tires. I lost a little more than 1 mpg with the 35's, but that's with the diesel motor.

That is a good looking wheel and I think it'll be fine with the Sting Gray. That was my first choice for a long time (I've got a Sting Gray Rubicon as well), but I ended up going another route.
Sunlight plays a big part in it. Sometimes they look spot on, other times they look a different color. Close enough for me though. Keep in mind that these are the Magnesium color and not slate gray.
