@ciarraikerry is correct. I had the dangerous in my white JKU. Clay bar takes care of it. There is a spray on product that supposed is designed for it but it's pretty caustic. Safe on paint, but lot of other warnings.
Clay bar worked for me, but had it do it again in a couple of years
Do you have the steel bumper or plastic Rubicon bumper?
I have 37s on stock lift and wheels with no rub with normal on road driving. That was with my stock plastic Rubicon bumper/skid plate.

I've been using this crate as a mobile work table, but today I found another use.
Temporary storage for the hard Top. Since it's on casters, I can move out around the garage. This will work until I find a soft top and need to sure the hard Top permanently over the summer
