Does it accumulate, I think it is good for one year and then you have to earn it again, otherwise I think I would have several of them.

Didn't see this anywhere, so please forgive me if I missed it. We got a "Jeep" CC so I can earn points toward getting a Gladiator. I got a notice that said that if I spent $7500 using the new card, I got a $1000 credit toward purchasing any Jeep products including vehicles.
