Thanks for the feedback everyone. I will keep you posted on the outcome. Certainly not an experience that makes me want to own a Jeep going forward. I love the Gladiator but it is pointless if I can drive it and have reliability.
I haven’t contacted Jeep Cares. I honestly didn’t know what it was until I just googled it. The dealer hasn’t said anything yet because they haven’t gotten around to fixing it. I bought it used with 6K miles on it so maybe I am not covered by Jeep Cares?

I use the Decked slide out drawer system with my JCR half rack. Keeps everything completely dry. It depends on what you are using your bed for though. The Decked system isn’t ideal for everyone but it works great for my overland build.
