So I’m not sure what happened, this thing just popped off under light use, I’m not Shaq with monster hands or anything - is this fixable at home, or should I see the dealership? I have a feeling they’re going to push back and say it was operator error. Thoughts?

Can’t figure out why the AC is roaring but nothing is coming out of the vents - or very little. -it’s like the selector isn’t engaging and air is just stuck in the dash circulating. mine is a base model ‘20 - no fancy climate control. headed to Miami help lol!
