I also searched for sheepskin seat covers for the Gladiator. There's not much out there. I finally went with these guys: https://ultimatesheepskin.com/best-custom-sheepskin-seat-covers/ They fit a little loose, but other than that I like them.

I have the same issue. Happens after sitting overnight, or for more than 4 hours. No check engine lights. My 2015 JKUR and my 2018 Cherokee never had this issue. I've always used top tier gas as well.
