  1. Building my own flush tail lights

I agree. When I asked for the file, I had no expectation of further support. I already have a solution for the wiring and lights. I just needed a file for the housing. Not that I ever have free time, but I’m hoping to eventually have the time to attempt to create a file for the housing. If I...
  2. Building my own flush tail lights

Oh, ok. Looking through this thread, I didn’t think anyone had shared a file.
  3. Building my own flush tail lights

Looks good so far, can’t wait to see the rest! Did you design it yourself, or did you find the file online somewhere?
  4. Building my own flush tail lights

I needed new tail lights for inspection, so I bought the Rugged Ridge ones. So far I like them, but we’ll see how they hold up. Maybe someday I’ll get around to printing a set.
  5. Roll up tonneau and bed rack?

It is the Mopar (Jeep) roll up cover. It is made of the same twill material as the Jeep soft top.
  6. Roll up tonneau and bed rack?

No stability issues at all, these things are solid. I’ve drug them across trees on tight trails without any problems. They should work with most tonneau covers. The Jeep cover is the problem for most rack systems, due to its width. I’ve run these with a tri fold cover as well. I don’t have any...
  7. Roll up tonneau and bed rack?

I originally ran the rack with it clamped on to the sides of the bed. I’ve since added the rails, and now have the rack mounted to them.
  8. Roll up tonneau and bed rack?

Check out TRUKD racks. I ran their original version for years, and recently upgraded to version 2 for the increased strength and adjustability. If they’re not the only one, they’re one of the very few that even work with the factory Jeep tonneau cover. The Jeep cover is wider than most others...
  9. Building my own flush tail lights

I love the look of these, and would definitely appreciate the file if you’re willing to share. My current tail lights are both broken, and they even fell out while wheeling this weekend.
  10. Rock Hard Sliders pointed down

Mine have held up quite well. They have some good scratches, but that’s from dragging them across rocks. No chipping.
  11. Building my own flush tail lights

Did you decide on making the STL files available? I’d really like to try and print them. I just broke another tail light on the trails.
