You can absolutely do that with the ARB, but the reason why they're popular, is because they simply work, and work really really well. Physical size has nothing to do with it.
Ordered the 813 mount for my ARB Twin and should be in this weekend ... super stoked to install it, been looking for a mount that simply works and is out of the way !!
I have a question for you guys/girls ... Can anyone provide a rough height to the bottom of the front fenders on a sport with this kit and 37's?? I know everyone will be different with different winch/bumper combos and every 37 is a little different in height etc ... I'm just looking for a...
Just out of curiosity, can you scan and upload the instructions ?? I'm curious about the bump stop extensions. Thinking purchasing the springs and LCA's from the kit straight from Mopar, but was curious if I should get these bump extensions or aftermarket. Don't want their FOX shocks or sway...
I was thinking the exact same, I tow an offroad trailer as well and that squats me a full inch when I'm hooked up, so I'm thinking with a .5" up front, I'll still have some rake, offset the winch/bumper combo and still be ok towing.
Yep, same spot ... so 2.5ish" I'll take it ... that's a cheap alternative for the immediate cause !! Thanks @kelkolb
Then, even if it droops a little with the bumper and winch that I'm waiting to put on, I should still be at least 2" overall.
Good question, I really don't know, but even if you get a cheap one, it's better than nothing. They're not too terribly expensive and you'll use it if you ever do anything else on these things ... damn near everything has a torque spec.
You got 3" in the front on the max tow with the Mopar 2" springs? I'm thinking about going this route as well and was curious how accurate the 2" lift really was, glad it's not 1.5" :)
If I'm reading ll of this right, the Mopar lift is 2" all the way around, meaning both front and back will raise 2" therefore retaining the factory rake, SO, I think what you need to do is measure your rake now and see what the difference is after subtracting your front spacer, then adding the...
