In Feb. I had my Gladiator less than a week and a 4 inch piece of solid ice from the roof of truck in front of me directly hit my GG windshield without a mark. I have no idea if the regular OEM windshield would have fared the same, but at that time I was glad I spent the $195 for the upgrade.

They make a version for the JT. I was curious if the door surrounds could be purchased separately also. When I searched I could only find the fronts available and not the rear door surrounds. Probably because as you mentioned they are technically for the JL...
