I got the mounting tabs from LUX Lighting just metal plates with holes and used plastic clips like what holds the inner fender to the outer flares. Finally got around to installing the other 8 lights as well so I have 12 total now.
I Personally was very disappointed with the Demon eye lighting as it is basically non existent. If its dark enough out you can barely see it but it is there. I think they just didnt put enough LEDs in there for that function.
No winch guard but I am running KC Slimltes on my front bumper. I use them instead of my Highbeams most of the time on the back roads. As stated above they are a Spot beam but they do have a little bit of spread to them. First picture is just my Oracle Headlights and second is with the KCs on. I...
I have a spare set of KC Cowl brackets if your interested in them. I was originally going to mount my Slims on the cowl but decided that I wanted to be able to fold down my windshield.
I had my Slims on my Cowl on my JK I was going to put them up there on my JT as well but I wanted to maintain...
I upgraded to the Oracle BI LED headlights and have not had anyone flash their high beams at me. Great upgrade over stock halogen and was 100% plug and play. I think any accessory light on the bumper or by the windshield will cause people to flash their brights at you.
I run the Slimlites on mine and have been extremely pleased with them. I talked to someone at KC and they are supposedly working on a flood beam slimlite. If they every do come out with those I will probably move my spots up to the A pillar and put the floods in front of the grill.
I have a Superchips Flashcal for sale. Asking $250 OBO plus shipping. It includes the Gateway bypass module. It is not vin locked and is updated to the latest software. Can be upgraded to a flashpac. Can also be used on JL and JKU wranglers. Located in SW Indiana.
I have KC Slimlites on my front bumper. Plenty bright. Have them wired to my AUX 1 and use them as my high beams on backroads. They are a spot beam so they may not work 100% in your favor as i'm sure you want a Driving light or flood light beam for up close.
Looking for a Rubicon Hood preferably already Red. Also looking to see if anyone wants to trade their Colormatched hardtop for the black non color matched hardtop.
I have mine hooked up to a factory aux switch. When you turn the power off to the controller it turns the Bluetooth off so it's going to disconnect. As far as initial setup. It took me a few trys. You have to give the app location permissions in the app permissions screen.
Not near Tampa by any means but I have some sitting in the garage. Was going to put them on my JT Sport S But 6 months later I still have yet to do so.
I don't have a picture of them on hand but you can see them on their website. They make the light board and put the magnets on and then everything is put in resin. At least that's the easiest way for me to explain it. The magnets actually transfer the heat away from the LED's and into the metal...
