My need for going 5.13s (or 4.88) later is once I go up to 37s. Right now I've crawled steep sand and rocks on 35 KM3s and the stock 4.10s are just fine. It's the clearance w 37s that will help a bit more. When these wear out, 37s will go on. I will appreciate the 1st gear (ZF 8 spd) higher...
There are 2 styles of 392 wheels, 17x7.5 and 17x8 XR. You can still use up to 37s on the 7.5" wheels per others I've talked with.

I wanted these bronze ones because they look more 'military' perfectly matching the Sarge. Design is not typical of the common Method styles out there. Great Mopar wheels and of course beadlock capable. Best thing is you can replace the rings, not the whole wheels. Use anti-seize on the bolts...
Thx but still didn't get my answer yet. I'll be crossing the lower Kern river next month (if there is any water left LOL) and need to know about the high mount. Not concerned about CAI effects.
True, I'm only interested in the complete high mounted snorkel on this kit. I suppose works well but still don't have any positive inputs yet. Anybody confirm?
I also have the 275 and still using the 12V (cig lighter) outlet. Can someone upload a pic of the wiring connection under the dash or to one of the factory Aux switches since I have that? Apprec it.
Excellent points, for straight pulls, i.e dynamic, not solid 'yanks', can use a receiver within its limits, but as last resort if no actual recovery points (attached to frame) exists. I always use a winch rope blanket, floormats, etc as precaution. Amazes me how many people forget this part, see...
Purpose of all these snorkels are only for water fording, that's it, no intention to improve air flow to the intakes for performance gains.
Now for those who have used this RR, is it waterproof enough for water crossings? Why I'm interested.
Bingo, same thoughts here! I've wheeled on 35s and stock 4.10, no problems no hangups, plus highway trans shifting is still fine. After these KM3s wear out, then will go to 37s AND regear to 5.13 (or maybe 4.88) still deciding what's the best compromise.
I'll check today. So, this has nothing to do with StarGard? Unfortunately my truck came with that add-on but was able to knock the price down, best I could do for the truck and options I wanted. MY22 already on the lot.
Great idea the trailer connection makes total sense. I have the tow pkg. So, what gauge wire and inline fuse can you recommend? And the 4-pin connection is enough for this setup correct?
Can you give an example of a switched 12V outlet that will work/fit in our bed's stock location? Links or diagrams? Thx I'm thinking to connect an ARB compressor back there, don't want it in the passenger compartment because of the noise and heat generated. Power tools access would be great also.
