Call me devil's advocate. Ford is supposed to release the 2021 Bronco on July 13th with their turbo 2.7 liter, 7 speed manual, removable top/doors etc.

A high-pitched squeal when not braking is usually the brake pad wear indicator or “squealer” hitting the rotor. This is a small tab of metal that is meant to scrape the rotor when it's time to replace your brake pads.
Roll on liner in my 02 Cummins. Haul a winters worth of firewood in the bed every summer from up on tug hill. Being from NY I know you know where that is. Drop in liners scrape the paint off and hold the salt in for it to rust and being separate from the metal, transfer the impact anyway. Old...
In my non professional opinion then.
4:88 gears is super low and if the gear shop is confident in it, then maybe it's just everything else spinning faster and the axle spinning slower.
Or it's in your head :headbang:
Anytime I've had gears set up on a vehicle incorrectly I've heard noise on decel/brakes at lower speeds.
Definitely not a gear expert but 4:88 is obviously super low and if this shop is reputable for setting up gears and they've double checked then good to go right?
