Food for thought:
I have Alpha wheels on my overland trailer. They are awesome, and quite lightweight. I'm sure they weigh less than stock wheels, and they have the valve stem guarded, both a plus in my book.
I contacted Tire Rack about additional Alpha wheels to purchase, and a lot of them...
If 3yr/36k mile bumper to bumper warranty applies to your Jeep, then yes, warranty applies. Take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it and repair it. You'll need to make sure you can duplicate this problem at will, and SHOW the advisor the problem so he sees it failing.
I've been selling tires daily for the last 5 years. Not a fan of the off brands. If you can still get the BFG KO2 they are great, and lighter weight than the KO3 by about 5lbs per tire, and are a Load Range C which will ride much better than an E (assuming same tire pressures).

Fox's in-house rebuild services are actually very reasonable, and for a little extra money they can revalve for you... I was actually surprised their in-house rebuilds are cheaper than some of the "other guys" who advertise a lot...
OE Fox are VERY different than their aftermarket 2.0 version. Fox = plush, aluminum body for great heat dispersion and corrosion resistance, rebuild every 50k miles
Bilstein = a touch stiffer than Fox, steel bodies with zinc plating will have some corrosion resistance, not so great heat...
Enjoying the Fox 2.0s I just put on my 24 JLURX. WAY better than the Mopar reds on the road, no more sloppy bobbing like a cork while I drive around. Can't wait to try them offroad... Rebuildable, no resis, just a nice aluminum body, a 2" piston and better valving than stock.

Looks nice! My only question is why you went with that sunshade that wraps around your side curtain airbags... Spiderwebshade fits "around" the sport bar, not getting in the way of your side curtain airbags, thereby maintaining your safety :)
