  1. guys with 2.5" and 3.5" lifts

With 35s. I went with Readylift SST 2.5 spacer lift and so far love it.
  2. 37s road tire pressure

Yeah, I did chalk test and came up with 32ish...which also "feels" best to me. Gave up long time ago worrying about fuel economy with Jeeps.
  3. Is Uconnect Map upgrade worth it?

I learned from prior experience with my wife's Cherokee that the uconnect map upgrades are not worth the price. They are at best 6-12 months already "old" when they come out. Things are much better and cheaper with Android Auto or Carplay and using google maps, etc which are constantly up to...
  4. 37s road tire pressure

I set my new Duratrac 35s to 30 cold....so it gets up to 32-34. Discount Tire had them at crazy 45PSI when they installed them. I do need to get a Tazer or something to reset TPMS.
  5. 35s, MTs, no poke (11.5s), stock Rubi rims?

Not MT but I recently got 35x12.5x17 Duratracs for my JTR. Stock wheels....pretty close to no poke.
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Wanted to thank the Discount Tire rep on the forums for setting it all up. Only problem I had was they put WAY too much PSI in them...3 of them were at 49PSI and one was at 61PSI. At first I thought the TPMS in the Jeep was messed up ..drove for a little bit to let it adjust but ended up...
  7. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Got new shoes...Goodyear Duratracs 35s. Next up 1.5in leveling kit.
  8. Cooper Discoverer STT Pro RWL?

I think I have decided on SST Pros for my tire upgrade. My first choice was MT BAJA AT but those are no where to be found and wont be til who knows when. Soon as i get my Uncle Sam refund I want to do the tire upgrade. Current Falkens MTs are getting pretty bad. One question....I will be...
  9. Where’s everyone’s favorite spot to buy wheels and tires

I have always used Discount Tire...around here they are the only ones that do not give me crap about wider tires on stock rims.
  10. 11.5 vs 12.5 Wide Tires

Besides, I can' think of ever having a insurance claims person that was that thorough in investigation.
  11. 11.5 vs 12.5 Wide Tires

I had a TJ(8 years)...then a JK(10 years) and now a JT. Always ran slightly "wider than allowed" tires on stock wheels and never once noticed anything remotely seeming unsafe. I plan to put 35/12.5s on the JTR soon. TJ and TJ did require spacers but from what I can tell I wont need spacers on...
  12. Baja Boss AT Tires

Nice!! Are you able to offer any info on how well the Baja MTs perform on road and on wet-roads? I like their looks for sure...might be an option for me considering AT wont be avail for good while.
  13. Baja Boss AT Tires

I had KO2s on my JK and before that TJ. They did fine for the minor off roading I did but tended to hydroplane easily on wet roads/rain. They did wear very well. My OE Falkens are MT and I did rotate every 5k. But now at barely 30k miles and they are pretty much done for. I will say...
  14. Nitto Ridge Grapplers vs Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT

I have also narrowed my search down to these two tires...in 35s. Probably going to have to go with the Ridge Grapplers due to lack of supply for the Bajas....I am really getting down to end of life for the current tires...don't think I can wait til May/June which is earliest ive been told by...
  15. 35x12.50 17 on 7.5 stock wheel

Thanks. First ive heard of those.. They do look nice and sounds like perform well. To bad not available via DiscountTire as they are the only ones around me that were ever willing to install non-OE sized tires on my stock Jeeps.
  16. 35x12.50 17 on 7.5 stock wheel

Getting ready to put 35s on my stock JTR. Had my mine made up to get MT Baja ATs but looks like will be some time before those are off backorder. I really liked the aggressive (almost MT) look and the AT/MT hybrid approach of those...plus all the good reviews. Living in Florida I need...
