    Yeah I don't think this is a Canada thing I think it's a Stellantis / Jeep thing. They are able to get away with it here.

    Yup. And it's not that Canadian laws prevent or disincentivize them from warranting the USB. That was their decision.

    100% from factory. The stock USB ports that we plug our cables into. It is a bit crazy.

    Update: FCA Canada says USB ports are treated as an "accessory" and is indeed not covered by warranty. 🙆🏼

    Hey all Y'all know Uconnect and USB sometimes have issues. Dealer replaced the Uconnect radio unit under warranty but says the USB ports, which are also malfunctioning, is not covered and ~ CAD$350. I saw others on this forum get their USB units replaced under warranty, so I'm wondering if...
