Again, REALLY? I get eight calls a day letting me know my car warranty is going to expire but even tho you have my consent and contact info you cant proactively make contact...laughable at best. I stand behind my statement and you have proven @JeepCares is not helpful at all...

Woot Woot...Dealership just called. An engineer from Jeep just called and told them to disregard everything the district/regional Jeep represented said and that he was "smoking crack". That said it is 100% a software issue and they need to wait for an updated patch. Go forth re-gear and wheel on.

It's official.....@Jeepcares is not helpful at all. Finally recieved a call back from Molly (case worker). Even w/ all the notes/info I provided she was unable to communicate a summary of the issue. I asked if she had an escalation process and was told that they do not have a process and her...

Tick Tock, 17 days and counting. From what I can tell Jeep Cares has been little to no help at this point unless they are doing something on the back end that I dont see. Dealership is still waiting to hear back from district/regional Jeep person. All I can say is good thing I love this damn...

$20k for a muffler belt is a little steep :). On a serious note, I dont think the dealership agrees w/ the Jeep representative in this case. They have worked with parts to try and identify above mentioned air sensor....nope, cant figure that one out. They have researched both Jeep and non Jeep...

Update June 7th 2021. Called the dealership last night. No updates and was told this will most likely take a very long time to resolve. Still no word from @JeepCares Thank you for all the feedback. Looking forward to getting some level of resolution.

Did you do it yourself or have a dealership do it?

I would think so. Hoping someone on this forum with a Rubi has encountered the same thing and come up with a viable fix. A titch concerned as Jeep seems 100% willing to give me a loaner and cover the cost to replace the axles for as long as it takes which tells me they believe what they are...
