The better question to ask: How much money do you have to spend? The list of things needed to properly lift a vehicle can add up very quickly (lift, wheels, tires, axles, control arms, LABOR, etc, etc...)
I picked up one from the local flea market cheap store for less than $5.00. A pair of scissors trimmed it to fit my previous JL, and it still works in my Gladiator. I went back and purchased a back up for when this one wears out.
I did not mean to offend you. Many, many people have posted your same concerns in the forum - so that is why I asked the forum if any of those that have previously mentioned low MPGs - if they had found a solution other than "your mileage may vary".
