I know in MD they change the fuel over to winter blend in oct-nov, which drops my fuel mileage 2-3 mpg.

I just finished corresponding with Kathy from IAG and am standing by to see what the full length steps will cost. My wife and I are both short and will just have to stretch our legs In the mean time. It's worse for her though, the JTM is her daily driver :) .
