Hahaha I can relate to this!! 𤣠for daily driving it is VERY nice. Definitely a tad jealous of your fleet though! Those sound like some beauties! One day I hope to own a wagoneer!
Oooo thatās a good question! I donāt know if wax has a uv protective quality but thatās a great idea! Iāll have to look into it a bit. Mine have started to fade a teeny bit too. I try to keep them clean and it seems to help too.
Hey! First and foremost thanks so much for checking out my channels - i appreciate it!
As for the mods I donāt think youāll regret either. If I had to pick one to do first, definitely do the lift. Its night and day difference in ride quality, both on and off road.
The KC Gravity Titan is such a...
Thank you! I really like it! And I personally donāt really notice the wind at all. I do have headliners, maybe that helps diminish wind noise if any at all. Itās a really sweet, high powered setup. The amber dust light has come in super useful and the white beams are crazy bright and crisp.
Iād definitely recommend the Roof Space 2 RTT. They accounted for every single detail in this thing. Very spacious, great materials, sleek, waterproof, comes with a comfy moisture resistant mattressā¦.the list goes on.
Itās the first fusion category RTT. Literally you can set it up in under an...
Anyway.....back to the story.
First winter I had the JT - lots of snow wheeling. I'm from RI and snow can be hit or miss. We either get a ton or not much at all. This winter there was a good amount of storms š
My suspension performed great, seriously such a smooth ride and performance...
My goal is to get some proper Rockers as the ones I currently have are too bulky for my liking. Same with the front bumper. The Mopar steel one I have is good (much better than the plastic) but I'm hoping to put on one that's a bit more stronger, winch friendly, and customizable (like this one).
After going through 3 different suspension setups on my TJ, I knew @Metalcloak was what I wanted on the JT.
The 3.5" GameChanger was exactly the direction I wanted to go.
Albeit, a very snowy and dirty picture - this suspension is exactly what the name states... a game changer. Seen here are...
As a long time daily TJ driver, I was finding myself (as my family grew), that I was running out of room. It was limiting the distance we could travel due to lack of space. It couldn't be a daily driver and a crawler anymore (I know so sad šš), so when I retired my 2003 TJ Tomb Raider Edition to...
That's a great way to put it! They certainly are like lego's. We do experience the beauty of all 4 seasons here. I have some handhelds that I keep in the gladiator and a manual operated radio should the battery on the handhelds fail. In the TJ, I have a hard wired setup (GMRS), I just haven't...
Yes, it does! Each one comes with a numbered badge on the interior, there was a little over 1000 made. Outside has a badge as well, came with a Tomb Raider specific lighter, red seatbelts, red stitched seats, silver bezels, and a few other odds and ends. There's a pretty good article on...
Thanks for checking out my build! This is the first modern Jeep I've owned - my first true love for Jeeps really sparked when I bought my 2003 Jeep TJ Wrangler Rubicon Tomb Raider Edition (If you want to know more about her check out my IG page @TombRaider_Wrangler or YouTube Channel Hard Knox...
