Evidently it will not show up because it is a private FB group. If you are interested in seeing the install on a Wrangler and are already a member of the āEcoDiesel Page for the Differently Abled and Intellectually Challengedā FB group, look up āLorin Berindei ⢠Jan 24ā and youāll see it. If...
I havenāt personally replaced the boot, but it is my understanding from a prior post (that I saved the photo from) that is the case with that boot. Repair away! YMMV
If the OP is talking about the CV front axle shaft boot, here is a replacement. FYI: several models came with CVs from the factory that werenāt full-time AWD (SelecTrac or RockTrac).
Just for reference: our 2022 JTHAD (High Altitude Diesel) came with the 940W fan. This model is truly a āhodge-podgeā of parts from all the model line up. šµāš«
@Shibbyjeep What a small world and coincidence?! We are headed to Moab at the same time from the west coast and spend several weeks a year in the Greenville area. I spoke with Cory at GO and got the 411. Look forward to meeting new and possibly familiar faces. Get those miles in quick on the new...
Same here! Wider is better. Hereās what we use. This one is multi-purpose (step, recovery, skid, and antenna/whip mount). https://www.rockhard4x4.com/product_p/rh-1810.htm
Does this include Amsoilās new Severe Gear 75W-85 100% Synthetic Gear Lube? I currently use Redline as well, but thought about using the Amsoil in the future now that they carry the proper weight.
I have wondered the same with the Pedal Monster. Rock-crawling requires a much lighter foot than before. I believe the EGTs get too high when towing with the street tune.
I understood that there would be shipping costs involved. š But, last year I sent something to Canada and it was only $60+ or so. š¤ The UPS Store suggested DHL. I was just hoping to get some constructive feedback. š
What shipping company did everyone use to send their ECU to MR Tuning (Martin)? I went to the UPS Store to attempt to send it off, but left when they told me it would be $267! They said it wasnāt because of tariffs, but that it always has cost a lot to send internationally with them.
I found out that the PCM I bought from someone had already been tuned by Martin (MrTuning). That would explain why we couldnāt read it, but I wonder if that is also why we couldnāt write over it as well. š¤š¤·āāļø
I bought an already stock cloned ECU from someone online. But, when trying to write my stock files onto it, it keeps erroring. Is there a way, or do I even need, to wipe it first? Or did I get a bum PCM?
I am certainly unqualified in regards to this discussion, but would the following product from Teraflex help any of the situations? It says āup to 15 degrees.ā ?āāļø https://teraflex.com/jl-jt-factory-replacement-cv-joint-kit-high-angle-rzeppa.html
We (my wifeās JT) went with a set of Rubicon gasser takeoffs to regear to 4.10 and add lockers (front and rear). We run 37ā BFG K02s and are also very happy with the set up. After these tires, we will probably run 39ā K02s and see how she runs then. 4.30 would have been great come then, but alas...
