That could be, most after market lift kits only swap out stiffer front springs or add spring spacers in the front so I was assuming this was probably the same.

It would fit on a gas, the only difference I think is the front springs are a bit stiffer for the extra weight of the diesel. Probably would be good on a gas with a winch.
