Anyone else have a set of these installed on their gladiator with the led light package?

Good afternoon fellow Jeep gladiator owners. I’m new to this and need some advice. I’d like to upgrade my wheels and tires without having to lift it. What size can I go without having to lift it or without having to replace the gears. She currently has 3.73 from factory. Thank you for your help.
