In the same boat. Bought the Mojave because of the capabilities and love having a convertible living in Los Angeles. Have thought of maybe going up about an inch in spacer lift, but I will go to 35s first to see if that is enough. How did you like it at the dunes? I'm waiting for the spring time...
I'm 23 with no kids (yet) so I have the Mojave and an 88 Camaro IROC project car. Best of both worlds lol. But off roading is a new type of fun. Just need to get out on the trail/dunes more. And thanks for the advice. I will look into getting the air compressor soon
That's good to hear! This is my first Jeep and my first off road vehicle in general, so it's all new to me but I definitely need to get out to some dunes and trails soon! Desert running is why I chose the Mojave over the Rubicon. & I will try to brace myself, but I am sure I will be worried...
Great clip. That looks like a lot of fun! Might have to take a trip out there the next time I do a small vacation down to SD. How did the Mojave do/feel? I've had my Mojave for about 3 months now but haven't had a chance to take it off roading since I'm in Los Angeles and haven't had a lot of...
I have a 2021 Mojave with heated cloth seats but have been interested in trading for Mojave heated leather seats. Preferably black. Message me with offers/deals. Willing to throw in some cash on my end
What trim are you looking at getting? I have a Mojave and went with cloth seats. As someone who lives in Los Angeles and likes taking the tops off often, the leather seemed like a bad fit. Cloth is nice and, at least in the Mojave, you still get leather throughout the cabin. Go on the jeep...
I have the Rough Country AL2 drop steps and I think they're great! They look good and my 5'2" girlfriend loves how easy it is to get into the truck now. They're about $500
Just ordered; it was fast and simple. Appreciate you Alex & the team at Real Truck! Also, GREAT PRICE! Couldn't find any deals on the bed cover I wanted but they hooked me up big time! Couldn't be happier!
As someone who never owned a Jeep or even rode in one until I bought my Mojave, I have to say it rides quite well. There is definitely more wander in the steering that I was used to, but after a few weeks you don't even realize it's there. I took a few test drives in the Rubicon before deciding...
Great insight. I don't have too much experience in all this but just know a bit from my family. Audio Control is the company I've been eyeing as they're pretty well known in the Los Angeles Hispanic community. Their Epicenter was a big hit when I was younger so I feel confident in their...
After I finish replacing the stock 3.5s in the corner dash and the sound bar I will look into replacing the 4" in the sound bar before I upgrade the amp. I have the upgraded Alpine system with the sub/amp so the bass is adequate. I think with a better amp/more control I can get more out of the...
I've been thinking about adding something like what you mentioned. Any recommendations on a sound processor and a good amp to give me more power/clarity and better EQ control?
So after reading up a bit I decided to get the Infinity Reference 3.5s for the corner dash AND for the soundbar. They should be here in the next couple of days. But after reading your posts this might be overkill? What are your thoughts on this? I will also be replacing the 4" speakers later...
Hey guys. I like this topic because when ordering my Mojave, I pondered over the Raptor, but just couldn't justify that price gap. In my personal preference, I like my cars loaded up and the price difference between a loaded Mojave (like the one I got) vs a loaded Raptor was 20-25k. With that...
