I have added my 3.5" lift. I had opted for the Rough Country with the Vertex shocks. I will be adding a review on them at a later date, as well as a video review.

I have recalibrated the speedo to account for the tire size change. I used the Z Automotive Tazer. The speedo is right on the money and was verified using GPS combined with radar.

I have the @JcrOffroad half rack. I actually watched their videos a few times prior to receiving the rack. I can only speak on my experience, but the hardware I received was exactly what was outlined in their install video.
What is your wheel setup? I just posted a thread about my setup on my Sport S w/ max tow. And it rubs fenders at half turn. But that could be attributed to the max tow 2 piece fender design.
