  2. Anyone have electrical issues? My Jeep started acting crazy today

So I dug around not only in the passenger footwell but behind the glove Box. Holy shit are there a lot of wires in the passenger foothwell. Behind the glove Box is where we plugged in to the can system the alarm and steering wheel control after market stereo stuff.. My 12 V buddy that...

Update to my issue. Replaced the batteries with the Genesis dual battery system. Fun install, and I thought it solved the issue. . until Sunday night. It did it at a turn light heading to dinner with the family. THis time, the truck seemed dead for a few minutes. I was able to instantly...
  5. Anyone have electrical issues? My Jeep started acting crazy today

Hey Mike, I'm digging into your post & issues now in hopes of finding a clue to my issue. It's my wifes 2020 Sport S with less than 5K miles on it. I put a stereo and alarm in it (at less than 1K miles) and am wondering if the installer (me for the stereo, shop for the alarm) might have...
  6. Anyone have electrical issues? My Jeep started acting crazy today

It's not the ESS battery. I spent $1000 on the Genesis dual battery setup hoping it was the cure. Sadly, it is not.

Ive been having the same issue on my wife's 2020 sport S for about 4 months now. Had to have It towed back to the house yesterday. I checked all the connections and the ground on the battery was a little bit loose.. I tightened it down really tight and let's see if that helps. I did just order...
  9. Unique Post // I've decided my Gladiator Rubicon is not the vehicle for me : /

I own both a RAM 2500 Mega Turbo Diesel and a (the wives) 2020 Gladiator 6cyl w/ 3" lift on 37's. I love driving her baby to the beach and back, but, can't imagine a road trip in that thing. The 2500 drives like a cadilac at 90 mph while getting 16mpg at that speed.
  10. Is my brother making the wrong move?

I have both a Ram 2500 megacab and a gladiator. Two different beasts. Gladiator is a toy truck compared to 1500/2500 imo. Feels light and hollow compared to a real work/tow truck. I love them both, but gladiator on 37's is wife's mall crawler....which could be perfect for him depending on use.

That I am not sure of.....
  12. Speaker swap

If your amp is properly adjusted those front kick panel speakers come to life and balance out very well with the soundbar speakers. I wanted separate tweeters mounted like that as that's how our 2012 Wrangler was set up and it created a beautiful sound stage. Ive installed a dozen systems...
  13. Speaker swap

Correct. I mounted the tweets from the crossovers on top. One day of pain, for years of pleasure was my thought process.
  14. Speaker swap

Get the upgrade pods to fit the 6.5" speakers for both the dash and soundbar. Night and day sound quality. The jl twin 10" sub below the seat is spectacular and retains the factory look.
  15. Speaker swap

Forget the JL amp. Get the focal 5 channel. It blows Way the jl.
