hahah yea i think that may be the case. i've yet to even see another tuscadero gladiator OR wrangler, much less a six speed. though my friend did spot a tuscadero wrangler on the other side of town the other day. closest i've come.
anyone in the same point - i finally got this panel off. the method has not changed -- still just the two t20 screws. you just gotta pull surprisingly hard the first time taking it off because the four tension clips are in there pretty good.
and fyi -- that little hole appears to be a light...
hi - i got one of those wireless charging console lids and i'm trying to hardwire it, which of course requires removal of the center console rear panel. all the vids i've seen -- including from the maker of the console lid -- indicate that you can just remove the two t20 bolts near the hinges...
just an update on this important matter -- jeep is STILL including these in glove boxes as of 2024 MY. They still use the random shovel and pick axe logo. The graphic remains as unhelpful as in 2019. Worse, it no longer even includes the QR code. thank god for this thread.
yeaaa i got a little carried away :) haven't bought a new car in ages and decided to treat myself a bit with this one. yep -- love how the wheels turned out. i wanted to keep stick with jeep parts as much as possible -- those are, i believe, the rubicon XR / 392 wheels. you're not wrong...
